COVID-19 Update
We are adapting our business practices to keep our staff and communities safe during the COVID-19 pandemic. Our response is evolving as the COVID-19 situation changes, and we are now resuming some site visits.
Customer Support
Buildable Materials provides full technical support over the phone. We also offer video conferencing via Google Hangouts or Skype.
We are able to conduct site visits for customers in the ACT. Both our staff and our customers are encouraged to implement social distancing and we have an increased focus on personal hygiene.
Product Shipping
Our products are usually loaded and delivered to you via forklift or crane and experience minimal human contact. Some deliveries may be unloaded by hand. The Australian Government provides some principles for environmental cleaning and disinfection. Click here to download the fact sheet.

All of our payments are processed electronically via PayPal or direct deposit.
